About Wiktoria
Tutor in sciences and maths, who is eager help you learn your subject of choice in a friendly and motivating atmosphere. I will help you understand any unknown or confusing topics and (most importantly!) excel at your subject making your exams and school classes much easier and less stressful!
A little side note about myself highlighting my background and reasons why you should consider me to be your tutor.
I am a 4th year medical student at King's College London. In 2020, I have also finished an iBSc in Medical Sciences at Imperial College London with First Class Honours.
During sixth form, instead of choosing A-levels, I decided to pursue a different, more well-rounded and demanding curriculum - IB or International Baccalaureate. The programme required us to take 6 different subjects as well as Theory of Knowledge (philosophy-based subject) and write an Extended Essay (similar to EPQ in A Levels).
The subjects I took and my grades were:
- Biology (Higher Level) - 7 with 7 in every grade component (papers 1, 2, 3 as well as experimental work)
- Chemistry (Higher Level) - 6
- Geography (Higher Level) - 7
- Mathematics (Standard Level) - 6
- English A Language and Literature (Standard Level) - 6
- Polish A Literature (Standard Level) - 6
- Theory of Knowledge - B
- Extended Essay (experiment-based in Biology) - A
My overall grade was 41 out of 45 points. These grades converted to A-level equivalent grades correspond to A*A*AAAA and AB (EE&TOK), where 7 is equal to A*, 6 to A and so on.
I attended a secondary school in Poland, where I took national examinations achieving: 100% in Sciences, Mathematics, English (both Standard and Higher Levels), 97% in History and 91% in Polish. Despite never haven taken GCSE and A-level exams, I am well aware of the type of questions asked on these exams and the curriculum specifications having used both GCSE and A-level textbooks while studying sciences and maths during pre-IB and BMAT preparations.
I completely understand how important finding the right tutor is which is why I suit my classes to the needs of my students, tackling the areas they find difficult first in order to build a solid basis for knowledge and then proceeding to expand the existing understanding through learning new topics.
Personality wise, I am a responsible, patient and approachable person who can easily motivate students with my optimistic nature and friendliness.
Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions - I will be more than happy to answer them! :)

Wiktoria helped me get prepared to my International Baccaleureat exam in Biology (HL). I especially struggled with immunology. Wiktoria made me understand all the complex processes happening in the body. She is patient and has a good way of explaining concepts by making everything clear, logical and understandable. She would go an extra mile for you to get everything right. She would draw a graph, make a table or prepare a diagram to make it easier to understand. She helped me analyse information and taught me how to derive only what’s the most important from it. This made my process of learning much faster. Whenever I wanted to explore a particular subject more, she would always bring more materials to the lesson so that I would get a better picture of the process. Wiktoria is punctual, always prepared, meticulous, organized and fun to work with. You can always count on her. I can definitely recommend her as a wonderful teacher.
Wiktoria is very patient and attentive. She is a great teacher and always brings out the beat in her students
