About Viktor
I am a fresh UCL Russian Studies graduate with A-levels in English, Biology and Chemistry, and a good GCSE in Maths and History. I can teach Russian from scratch up to degree level, humanities and biology up to A-level, Science and Maths up to GCSE level. Hungarian is my mother tongue, so I can help with that up to degree level as well. I can also teach beginner and intermediate classical guitar, chess, creative writing and some introductory photography skills. I can work with children of all ages and adults.
So far, as a tutor I have taught classical guitar and English as a foreign language, the former in Hungary, and the latter in Russia. However, I have often helped out classmates and friends with their Russian or literary text analysis. I have worked with children quite a bit, I consider it one of my greatest achievements that many of them have grown to like reading.

When I first encountered the Cyrillic alphabet, I got perhaps a little bit too scared of learning Russian and almost gave up way too early. Delivering fun lessons and interactive exercises with a friendly yet professional attitude, Viktor has helped me understand and use the Russian language in his classes. Moreover, he's always managed to come up with material I found fascinating, thus familiarising me with the culture as well!
Viktor is very friendly and patient. He is extremely knowledgeable, precise and he has a great ability to adopt right, bespoke approach to every student individually.
