About Vasilis
As an Imperial College London graduate who undertook a four-year MEng degree in Civil Engineering achieving a First Class Honours, I am a highly capable and ambitious individual with proven capabilities in Mathematics and Sciences.I was selected by the Civil Engineering Department, based on academic performance, to assist in Year 2 Mathematics tutorial sessions. It was a very fruitful experience as I had the opportunity to tutor a multicultural group of students. I am very friendly with the students, have a lot of patient and most importantly I enjoy sharing my skills and knowledge with other people. I believe it is very important to clarify any questions students have, solve many examples/questions in class and assign homework for the next session. Moreover, I definitely believe in the motto ''practice makes perfect''. Finally, I am very keen and particularly interested in undertaking teaching/tutoring lessons to students of any background.
