About VALERIJA
Valerija is an operatic lyric soprano, experienced vocal coach and piano teacher. She has studied piano and violin from a young age (4). She has a thriving career as a performer and educator spanning various lessons, workshops, masterclasses, coaching and performing which began in her home country of Lithuania and now continues to grow and develop here in the UK. Valerija has graduated BA Musical Theatre Degree from the Vilnius University of Applied Sciences and London College of Music. Currently expanding her expertise studying opera at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Prior to this she gained three diplomas from Vilnius Juozas Tallat – Kelpa Conservatory (professional music performance diploma in singing and piano) and Panevezys Music School (violin and piano, equivalent to ABRSM grade 8). Valerija’s talents have been recognised by Theatre Director Vilius Malinauskas who says ‘Valeria is very talented and versatile in music and drama…Valerija always prepares her tasks well and even tries to do more than is required’. The Director of EC Lighthouse Supplementary School also commends Valerija citing that ‘she is enthusiastic, responsible in preparing her lessons having interesting ideas and trying to implement them’. Pupils with Valerija will enjoy energetic lessons delivered with charisma and fun with creativity drawn from a very diverse background in the performing arts.

As an experienced musician Valerija has been running her annual masterclasses and workshops. Valerija teaches various afterschool clubs as a drama teacher, musical theatre coach, vocal coach, music theory and piano teacher both in person and online.
Valerija is very experienced in students preparation for singing, piano, violin and music theory exams (ABRSM, Trinity, School of Rock), also preparation for various auditions. Many of her students already have their own professional careers, have also enjoyed roles on the West End musicals and national tours, also - TV shows such as 'The voice kids', ‘ X Factor’ etc.
Valerija is a very professional and dedicated teacher. The approach to learning is something that depends on student's needs and the learning plan is always tailored to students and their parents request.
