About Tommy
Hi!
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am a recent History graduate in which I studied at Royal Holloway, University of London. I have previous experience of working with aspiring Historians within classrooms. I am an enthusiastic individual that can make History appear to be a stimulating and rewarding subject to study. I believe to be an effective historian you must develop strong analytical skills, the ability to cross reference between sources and have a persuasive writing style. This is the foundation of my teaching style as I try to encourage students to develop these core skills, but more importantly I encourage students to engage with their intellectual interests in order to enhance their enjoyment of the subject which is fundamental to building their curiosity.
