About Tolulope
I am a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced teacher. I am a result-oriented and hardworking individual with a passionate commitment to education and career development. I am committed to optimising students' performance and schools' success, especially in STEM.
I have learnt from my teaching experience that facilitating learning and motivating a student is highly important for effective and productive learning. Students learn at a varying pace, however, those who have challenges in their studies and are losing interest in further education can be moulded into confident, aspiring and self-motivated young people when given the environment of support and encouragement. I believe student-centred learning enhances the performance of students, both in the short term (assessment) and long term(career aspiration).
