Ms. Teresa Savage was a full time student on the BA Fine Art Degree Course at Middlesex University. Theresa demonstrated the ability to sustain a motivated attitude towards her Fine Art practice.
She participated in all aspects of her programme of study and responded positively and with maturity to the demands of undergraduate level studies here at Middlesex University. She demonstrated the ability to maintain a studio practice; she sustained attendance at scheduled lectures, seminars and tutorials. Teresa had a clear sense of involvement in her work; she was a thoughtful student with regard to her practical work, which was focused upon Arts Practice in the Community. She has a wide range of skills with regards to working with student groups. Teresa has worked in a creative arts centre for adults with mental Health illnesses and in private residential homes with adults suffering with Dementia and learning difficulties. As well as this she has run art workshops with children from the ages of 5- 15 years old and worked on a paediatric ward as a healthcare assistant. Teresa was involved in all aspects of her programme of study, which have enabled her to form a professional approach in relation to teamwork and communication skills.
