About Susie
With over 25 teaching experience within a Sixth Form college in East Sussex I consider myself to be an effective adaptable teacher who encourages confidence within students to develop their own skills and progress within their artistic pathways.
I trained as a Fine Artist (BA Hons) and enjoy teaching Drawing, Printmaking, 3D and Printmaking. As well as working within art teaching teams I also co-ordinated both GCSE and A Level courses at college and have a sound knowledge of the Exam Board Curriculums and Assessment Criteria.
I am happy to teach within my studio - where I have a wide range of art materials - or to travel to the clients house. I consider myself to be a conscientious, reliable teacher who listens to the needs of the students and ensures each lesson is productive and rewarding.
