About Stephanie
hello , my name is Stephanie and I am a biochemistry undergrad student at Queen Mary University of London. In school I never went below a B grade in any subject (even the ones I was less interested in), as I believe in doing well in everything that you do and doing exceptionally well in the things that you love to do. I believe in exploring all teaching styles- visual, aural, verbal as most children actually don't know what is the key to their excellence - what unlocks their true abilities. However for the few who do I will obviously stick to what has proven fruitful. Additonally I believe the teaching role is to identify as many strengths a pupil has as to increase their confidence in tackling their weaknesses. I am also a mother and so I understand how to deal with the sensitive and fragile nature of a childs feelings and how to deliver realistic praise, constructive critism and gentle encouragement all while maintaining unfailing patience.
