I had weekly French classes with Sophie for 1.5 years. She was very friendly and easy to get on with. Lessons were structured to my individual needs and I found it to be very good value for money.

Sophie has been tutoring my two children for several years on a weekly basis. She is a fantastic tutor and a lovely person. Sophie has a calm and gentle approach to teaching and makes her lessons varied and interesting. She has helped both my children to academic success in French, my son achieved A* at GCSE and he is now studying French for A level. My daughter has yet to take her GCSEs but she achieved high marks in her Common Entrance exam. They both look forward to their sessions with Sophie and she has instilled in them a great love of the French language and culture.

Excellent French tutor!
Sophie was the first tutor I contacted when I decided to refresh my French, and as luck would have it I didn't need to look any further. She has all the qualities that go to make up an excellent tutor - she's patient, thorough, reliable, flexible, has an incredible command of the English language (more so than most English people!) as well as, of course, her native French, and is very easy to get along with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anybody.

A Level French
Sophie is very precise in her work. She pays attention to detail and is focused and clear in her instruction. She adopts a very professional approach, whereby she uses positive intervention to support the learning of her student.
She is always ready to extend and explain ideas. She speaks excellent English and her French is very clear and precise. She has worked with us for a year and displays the knowledge and skills required to support at A-level standard and beyond.

Sophie is an extremely professional French teacher. She is very experienced and has a good teaching method. She is also good at encouraging my child to speak French which is always a difficult task. My son has made big progress in French and has achieved good academic
