About Silvia
Hello everyone!! My name is Silvia and I am a cheerful teacher who loves languages.
My academic background provides me with all the necessary tools to help both children and adults who want to learn a new language. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures and a MA in Literary Translation, which gave me the possibility to increase my knowledge of English and Spanish grammar and to understand how those languages work, especially in relation to Italian.
I have also attended a training course at the Italian Cultural Institute for teaching Italian as a foreign language, learning different techniques and how to plan lessons for all levels.
I am currently registered with an agency and I'm working as a supply teaching assistant. I am very passionate about my studies and I do love teaching. I am a cheerful person and I always put my best effort in what I'm doing. Furthermore, I'm very good at relating with people and children/adolescents as well. I helped my relative's children in Italy with homework and I also worked as a nanny here in London.
I'm looking forward to teaching Foreign Languages to anyone who wants to learn Italian, Spanish, French and English as a Foreign Language/EAL. My lessons are custom-made, depending on the student's age, level, goal, etc.., and my aim is to transmit my passion to the students.
