I have been teaching and tutoring now for 5 years, i have a degree in Computing, PGCE in Computer Science, and a specialism conversion in Mathematics (GCSE).
I am currently studying an MSc in Social Work, and enjoy giving up time helping students to achieve their best grade possible.

I have a very laid back way of teaching and have had many successes with students I have worked with, my most recent student went from not achieving a grade on the higher mathematics paper to obtaining a solid grade 6 over 9 months. I treat every student as an individual and accommodate to their specific needs for the best outcome.

I have known Scott in the capacity as a maths teacher on supply, teaching maths to mainly KS3 but some KS4. He has planned his lessons well, with students making good or better progress.
He has also taught maths to Y11 C/D borderline students, using tracking information from exams to inform the content of the lessons.
He gets on well with both students and staff and is always punctual. He is extremely helpful and courteous at all times.
