As a graduate student in Modern Foreign Languages specialising in Mandarin Chinese and English, I have been teaching Italian to foreign students since the beginning of my Master degree, in 2009.
During my master in Rome, I attended a DITALS (Teaching Italian as a Foreign Language Certificates) training course, followed by an internship at a local school. My training, together with my experience in teaching Italian to students of all ages in Italy, UK and China taught me how to manage individual students from different backgrounds and small groups of students with varying levels and ages.
I moved to the UK in 2012 to start my PhD at SOAS University of London. My main goal as a teacher is to help students achieve their personal bests and enjoy themselves while learning Italian language and culture
