About Robert
I am a professional freelance trombonist based in London. I perform regularly with orchestras such as the Philharmonia Orchestra, the CBSO and the BBC Concert orchestra. This has given me great experience as a musician, as it has exposed me to music making at the highest level.
I am is a graduate of the Royal College of music for both the Undergraduate course and the Postgraduate course, achieving a 1st class and Distinction respectively. During my time at the Royal College of Music, I was taught by some of the best trombonists in the country. Being taught at this level has encouraged me to pass on the information that I have learnt, and to help the next generation of musicians.
Roberts teaching experience includes working with the Philharmonia’s Education department as per of their Orchestra Unwrapped Schools series.
