About Rebecca
I was a maths teacher at a leading prep school and also a tutor for maths CE and 11+. I am passionate about education and believe that all children can enjoy maths and deserve to fulfil their potential. I believe each child has their own individual needs and I am skilled at building students' confidence, helping them grasp and practice new concepts, as well as providing opportunities to review work already covered to consolidate it and increase awareness of exam technique.
I graduated with a Physics degree and later was sponsored to do a Masters in Maths. I also have a Masters in Psychology (distinction) before gaining a PGCE at UCL/IOE. I have a son, now 18, and a daughter of 16 and currently teach maths to years 3 to 8. In addition to this I have experience of special needs and GCSE maths. Please contact for my availability.
