A confident, enthusiastic, and capable educational professional, with a BA and MA degree (2.1 and Merit) and a full teaching certificate (DTLLS). I have supported students with SpLD since 2010, both as a Specialist Mentor and Study Skills Tutor. I have worked in colleges and universities since 2010, as a Study Skills Tutor, and in specialist student support. I take my professional development seriously and have recently completed a Level 5 SpLD qualification. I hold the 120 hours TEFL Certificate Graded Merit and can teach all ages. I also have a passion for teaching social science and law and have tutored these subjects online before, specifically AS and A2 Level Law and HND Legal Studies. I also teach TEFL online. I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge and passion for these subjects. I also find it very rewarding to support students with SpLD and encourage them to achieve their full potential. I have been a member of the Dyslexia Guild since 2016. I my spare time, I love reading, swimming and walking in the Peak District.
