About Patrick
Hi!
I'm Patrick, from Withington, Manchester. After getting the highest score in all of the UK for my A-Level Maths (599/600 - 1 mark dropped over 6 exams), leaving Parrs Wood Sixth Form with A-Level in Maths, Further Maths and Physics (A*A*A*), I have been committed to teaching other students the techniques I developed to achieve this level of academic success.
I then went on to the University of Bristol, where I studied Maths to Masters level, and got one of the top first class degrees of the year. During my time at University, the Maths Department gave me full responsibility of classes of up to 60 1st to 4th year students at a time, where I would deliver lectures and answer any questions they have on the content of the course.
After graduating I have kept this commitment to teaching, and aside from setting up my own tuition business where I have helped hundreds of students achieve the same academic success that I have, I have founded and developed the Maths revision site AITutor, which is currently working with 20 schools and over 600 students to deliver quality Mathematics learning to not just those who can afford private tuition.
Aside from AITutor, I am currently opening up a limited amount of slots for private tuition this academic year, where I will train a select few students one-to-one the specific techniques I have developed over my years tutoring to get them top grades in Maths.
Aside from standard maths exams, I have a wealth of experience in admissions tests, including Oxbridge. Just ask!
