Niki is a very positive and conscientious individual, who enjoys helping others tackle challenges. Even with the fast pace and complexity of mathematical concepts, Niki patiently and clearly explains solutions. Niki happily clarifies and repeats concepts that cause confusion without hesitation or frustration, making her an incredibly approachable tutor. Niki clearly has a great passion for maths, which automatically makes her a thoroughly engaging tutor.

I worked alongside Nikhita when we both tutored young children for maths. She was excellent at explaining things in different ways when children didn't understand. She'd try her hardest to help anybody in any way that she could. She was always on time to tutoring and was always willing to stay later if necessary. She was a great co worker and got along great with everyone.

I worked alongside Nikhita at 'Kumon' in 2015. She is an extremely reliable co-worker, and was excellent at teaching children between the ages of 3 and 16 Maths and English. In addition to tutoring, Nikhita marked all test papers that were completed by the students. She is a polite and well mannered teacher and has the ability to form friendly bonds and relationships with students whilst educating them. It was clear that all students at Kumon had respect for Nikhita as she treats everyone fairly and explains things clearly. If a child or student took a long time to grasp a maths/English concept, Nikhita would explain in different ways until she found an explanation that the child understood. Overall, Nikhita is a delight to work alongside, and from my experience working at Kumon, all students AND colleagues liked and respected her.
