About Nicole
Bonjour, I am a qualified native French tutor who enjoys tutoring and has been doing it for 19 years with students of all ages and levels. My aim is to build up the confidence of my students in learning the language and helping them to understand the grammar. I have many successful results with students preparing for exams (Junior Certificate / GCSE) and Leaving Certificate / A Level).
I will tailor-make the lessons to suit your needs depending on what you are looking for. From the preparation for exams to the brushing up of existing knowledge of French, I will help you to gain confidence in using the language.
I am also a qualified translator and an interpreter with extensive experience.
I love the French language and its richness and I will explain to you the mysteries of its pronunciation and it will help you for your aural exam or to communicate when you are with French speakers. I have also a passion for French grammar and spelling.

Depending on the student, I first assessed their level. If it is a preparation for exam, I will use papers from previous years while brushing up grammar and vocabulary. I correct the pronunciation when it needs to be and I will have the student to practice aural reading.
