About Nicola
Experienced tutoring Biology and teaching English in an informal setting.
Imperial graduate (Master’s degree in Molecular Biology), with a BSc Honours degree from the University of Birmingham (Biology , specialising in genetics). I have recently returned to the Ilford area after working for the University of Oxford in Biomedical research and am currently doing a PhD.
As no two students learn in the same way I tailor lessons according to the learning style of the individual. Together with the student I will identify areas that need improvement, and build ability and confidence to put them on track to achieve their potential.

I would definitely recommend Nicola as a tutor – she has a way of explaining that makes the subject understandable and memorable. I know that whenever there is something on the syllabus I don’t understand she will help me. She’s also helped me with advice on learning strategies, and what to do on exam day.
