Classical/Acoustic Guitar Lessons All Around London
I strongly believe that the teacher is the most important part of the instrumental education since he/she is the one who inspires and motivates the students. A teacher should be able to make the kids love the instrument and the music they are making. This can only be achieved by being understanding and patient. Lessons should be fun for the students, so that they can develop their skills easier and quicker.
I started studying music and practicing the classical guitar at the tender age of 7. Since then I've performed many times on stage (solo and also as part of a duo/trio/quartet and guitar ensemble). At the age of 13 I got accepted to study in National School of Music and Dance 'Dobrin Petkov' in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This gave me the opportunity to expand my knowledge about the instrument and about music in general. I've taken part in a lot of guitar masterclasses/workshops. I've won 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize on various international guitar competitions. I am currently a second year undergraduate student at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.
The reason why I am so passionate about music and especially about teaching the classical guitar is because I had such great professors who taught me not only how to play music, but also to enjoy doing it. This is something I am constantly trying to convey to my students.
I am more than happy to travel all around London and provide one-to-one classical guitar tuition to anyone who is interested and keen on the instrument.
