About Millie
Hello!
I am a graduate from the University of Exeter who studied History and International Relations and gained a 2.1. I teach children between the ages of 7 to 16 English and History. I can assist with improving:
- Spelling, punctuation and grammar
- Essay structure
- Creative writing skills
- Exam preparation etc...
I am also an accomplish pianist and flutist who teaches anyone up to grade 4 standard. Throughout school I performed in solo concerts and as part of an orchestra. I teach students who want to learn graded pieces, scales and theory. I also teach anyone who just wants to learn for fun.
I have plenty of experience with children. This includes:
- Teaching children between the ages of 5-15 in a school in Kenya.
- Nannying
- Private Tutoring
I am a friendly and approachable person who is patient in my teaching manner. I strive to conduct enjoyable lessons which spark passion and confidence in my students.
