I have been working with Matt for over two years now. He has been teaching my clients GCSE and A level Maths and Science. All of the classes were delivered online.
Matt is a very professional and reliable tutor. As a teacher he is very good with children and adults alike.
Throughout our cooperation all of my clients have always been happy with the services Matt provided.
I recommend Matt without any reservation.Matthew tutored our son, whilst he was preparing for his iGCSEs, twice a week from October 2014 til July 2015. He was a committed tutor and cared about our son’s progress. For example Matthew was originally employed to tutor our son for all of his subjects at school. However, Matthew discussed our son’s strengths and areas of development and we decided to focus on Mathematics and not spend so much time on subjects where our son had strengths.
Matthew is punctual, prepared, and our son enjoyed the lessons. Our son is a visual-spatial learner and Matthew took this into consideration. Our son struggled with the introduction of algebra, so Matthew prepared paper cut outs our individual “x”, “y” and “z”’ so they can physically play with the elements of the equation. This has helped our son understand how to rearrange an equation. Further, Matthew introduced concepts in a pictorial manner, for example ratios as a relation between height and shadow.
We would recommend Matthew as a tutor in Mathematics and Physics.View more recommendations
