Drama/English/Art/History Tutor. Friendly and Professional!
I am a recent graduate of Drama (BA) at Drama at Queen Mary's University of London, from which I gained a 1st Class Honours qualification. I am confident with teaching many aspects of Drama, including written coursework and exam preparation, voice and movement, acting, devising, script writing, lighting and stage design, costume design, etc. I can help students prepare for University interviews and auditions as well as help them with GCSE, A level or University level Drama. I have experience working as a tutor both one-on-one and in groups, at a comprehensive school in East London, and have worked one-on-one for 70plus hours on TutorFair. My tutoring style is friendly and casual, and I aim to create a relationship with my students whereby they gain confidence in the subject and feel comfortable with asking me about any aspect of their academic lives. I believe that tutoring is essential to helping those young people who struggle with the academic system and find themselves left behind in traditional learning environments. I am friendly and outgoing, and passionate about helping people achieving their full potential. Additionally, I have tutored Maths, English literature and English Language and am confident with teaching Art and History plus all subjects at a lower than GCSE level. I can also tutor Spanish and Catalan, in which I am fluent, and can cover all aspects of writing/listening/speaking that are taught in academic institutions, or casual Spanish/Catalan for those learning either language conversationally.
