Honestly one of the worst tutors I've ever had in my academic career. Firstly, I was approximately 10-15 minutes late because of heavy traffic and bus terminations, completely out of control, even though I texted him about my late arrival, he told me off for it. First time I met this person and he's telling me to leave earlier and telling me 'I should've accounted for all this' and 'you made me wait so long' etc. The tone of his voice did not help the situation, this person isn't my parent so he cannot speak to me like that. But he might have had a stressful day so I continued with the tutorial. It was awful. We went through a maths past paper and he literally answered every question, no chance of letting me answer any. Not just that he also expected me to know things like what is Sin(pi/3) without using a calculator. I am here for a maths tutorial because I am struggling with maths and you want me to do things like that? Not just that but when he finally let me answer 1 question, I had to think about it for a good 2/3 minutes but he was impatient, took the pen out of my hand and did the question himself. He did explain don't get me wrong but the explanation was horrible. Not just that but he has no respect for my equipment that I used. I brought a notepad and my school book. The school book was to show him the work I've done but instead of using the notepad, he used the excercise book I use in school. I have that book layed out a specific way and he used any empty page, even when I left them out for SPECIFIC REASONS. He also crumpled my pages in this book too. And the icing on the cake. The tutorial was £30. Leaving my house I thought I grabbed 3 £10 notes but instead I grabbed 2. I said next tutorial I will give him £40 as it was my mistake and I couldn't do anything about it, that £20 was the only money I had on me. He said 'There won't be a next tutorial' because I underpaid £10? Wow... HORRIBLE TUTOR, HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, HORRIBLE TEACHING METHODS. Better find another tutor, was a waste of my time.
