About Maddy
I have 2 years experience of teaching in the UK, after having taught French and Spanish at a Secondary school in Hounslow. After graduating from the University of Kent in 2015, I was accepted on to the Teach First course, and I started teaching that September. I stayed at the school for 2 years before changing career and working in production in central London. Although I am no longer a full-time teacher, I have been tutoring French and Spanish for the past year, and languages will always be a passion of mine.
I am happy to tutor anybody from beginner's to GCSE level. Last year, I tutored in French and Spanish, for two GCSE students. I am happy to tutor individuals or small groups of up to 3 students. My approach to tutoring is to apply all learning in the classroom into practical and fun methods of using the language. I am happy to help with homework, but I will also plan something fun to practice speaking, writing or grammar.
