Reference for Maclean Eneotu
I am writing on behalf of Maclean Eneotu who is applying for a tutor position.
I have had the pleasure of teaching and working with Maclean in the following modules of Petrophysics and Reservoir Engineering in London South Bank University. These modules involve the application of the principles of physics, mathematics and chemistry and he demonstrated a great understanding of these subject areas. Maclean is a first class student that excelled in all of his courses. He is dedicated, focused, organised and very hard working.
He has an excellent ability to communicate effectively which he has demonstrated by writing very astounding reports for his modules and submitting a very comprehensive master’s dissertation. I was present in his viva presentation and he could communicate his work effectively, explaining technical engineering terms to the understanding of everyone present in the panel.
He was a highly motivated student, always willing to learn, had a very positive attitude and worked effectively with his teammates, often taking a leadership role when assigned to a group. He has demonstrated an astounding analytical and critical thinking ability. He has also shown to have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. As laboratory demonstrator, he was able to establish a good working relationship with his fellow students and staff in the university, explain technical information to students, and assist students with course work while teaching tutorials. Maclean embodies the qualities of a good teacher.
In the light above, I believe Maclean will be a great asset to any establishment he will be teaching and I recommend him for the role in which he has applied for.
