About Lucy
Hello!
I am an energetic and dedicated tutor specialising in English Literature and Drama.
I was awarded a distinction in my English Literature MA from the University of Warwick. I also hold a first-class joint honours degree in English Literature and Theatre Studies. My specialism is in Shakespeare and the British Dramatic Tradition. I offer personal tuition in English and Drama at many levels.
Since graduating, I have worked as a resident theatre director at prestigious educational institutions such as Magdalen College School and Surbiton High. I have also amassed over a year’s experience as a Teaching Assistant, gaining familiarity with prep school curricula as well as the 11+ examination procedure. I am a drama teacher on Saturday mornings and enjoy interacting with students of all ages.
I am open to tutoring tailored lessons in either English Literature or Drama according to each tutee's needs.
