About Lloyd
Experienced and passionate about the Spanish Language and culture, I have vast experience of teaching all ages and abilities in the target language. Used to teaching students from a variety of backgrounds, I offer lessons to beginners through to GCSE and the various associated intermediate levels.
My teaching style is fundamentally communicative, using a wide variety of strategies in getting the best our of the student and making it an enjoyable and fun experience.
Since every student is different and hits the subject from a different angle, I adapt my strategy as required to produce the bespoke finished article. Having lived for two years in Barcelona (both as student and teacher), I know Catalunya particularly well but also most of Spain.
I teach English to students from Spain who want to improve their English. As a result I have the experience of teaching both languages both ways. I can predict and empathize with the challenges presented to the student.
A student centred approach demands that the experience be fulfilling and enjoyable. !Bienvenidos a la pasión española!
