About Lile
I am a experienced proactive and passionate Secondary school teacher who has taken a short career break to raise my children. I have a wealth of experience workng with young people in Education and other sectors. Im driven, self motivated, versatile and a great team player who has a thirst for teaching and learning. I have some experience in the SEN field and would like to expand this further.
As you can see from my attached CV, I have a sound background in the Social Sciences and humanities curriculum and a range of experience from the youth and play sector to libraries and community development in local council. This has given me a range of skills that i have been able to transfer to the classroom and beyond and has allowed me to be a reflextive practioner.

In my previous role as Head of Sociology i have lead and managed a successful team, managing resources, teaching and learning, budgets and keeping staff motivated with a positive attitude.
