About Lauren
I am a primary school teacher, currently teaching in Key Stage 2 in an Ofsted Outstanding school in East London. I am a recent graduate and have experience teaching across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
As a tutor, I plan individualised, creative lessons that will engage and excite, whilst playing to your child's strengths, building confidence in their own abilities. Lessons are rooted in the National Curriculum and are individually planned to stretch and challenge your child.
I firmly believe that children learn best through exciting, engaging and creative teaching. I use the interests of your child to engage them further in their learning, instilling a sense of pride and ownership for their educational achievements.
I offer one-to-one tutoring services that use active learning techniques to support your child. This may be with reading tuition, homework, SATS revision, phonics support or simply regular sessions to support their learning across the curriculum.
