About Kirsten
To introduce myself, I have recently graduated from Exeter University in Law and Visual Culture and am currently undertaking my LPC. Having achieved top grades in Philosophy, English Literature and Law, I am very enthusiastic to pass on my learning experiences and knowledge I gained through my GCSE’s, A-levels and Degree, and have a familiarity with the latest course material having tutored throughout my summer breaks.
Having spent 4 months in a refugee camp in Lesvos teaching English to children and adults I have built up a repertoire of skills and knowledge to put into practice to benefit other students.
I am very enthusiastic and energetic person which I believe I bring into my teaching strategy. I enjoy seeing young student progress and helping them get that ‘Eureka!’ moment – that breakthrough after working hard and gaining the confidence to bring that knowledge into their essays and exams.
