About Kash
7+, 11+ and 13+ Maths, English, Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning Tutor in West London
I am an entrepreneurial Cranfield School of Management MBA graduate and qualified accountant who has a natural affinity for Maths and English.
Having coached several pupils with excellent results, including both my girls through their schooling to 11+, I am seeking to tutor others to allow them to maximise their academic potential.
In terms of target institutions, my preference would be to help tutor and mentor those aiming to take up places at some of the most prestigious local south-west London based independent or state schools. I am currently tutoring one boy who is aiming for entry into either Kings College School or Latymer Upper. I am also currently helping one boy attain the standard to enter a very competitive grammar school near London. Finally, I am also more than happy to help develop those who are seeking to improve their capability more generally. One of my pupils recently achieved the accolade of the highest mathematics score in his year at a local state primary after moving to the second set and enlisting my tutelage. He is now comfortably in the first set and may well sit his GCSE exam earlier than offered at his school.
In terms of approach, I generally tend to test an individual to determine their current level of knowledge and capability and then go on to complete a program of learning and preparation, specifically addressing any areas of concern. However, I am more than happy to alter my approach depending on the individual tutee and their learning style and preference. I will also set homework to ensure that any new knowledge has been internalised. Finally, I will retest on an ongoing basis to ensure that all parts of the syllabus have been addressed thoroughly.
I can cover common entrance exams for 7+, 11+, 13+ as well as verbal & non-verbal reasoning. Parents should also feel secure in the knowledge that I have an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate (due to Tennis Coaching – however, I have not competed professionally and only really play at club level) so this will not have to be completed separately. I can also teach online using Skype.

Kash has tutored my daughter in math, english, verbal reasoning, and nonverbal reasoning.
It was intensive sessions because of the short time we had, but he was very focused with a attitude that made my daughter look forward to his sessions and most importantly the results was satisfactory for my daughter and me & my wife.
I recommend hiring Kash if your serious about teaching your child.Kash have been a very good tutor to my son. We contacted him because, after a few bad qualifications in his exams, my son was moved from the top set in math to the B set. Kash have been great with my son, explaining with detail every subject and anwsering to my son's questions. We expect my son to be tested to go back to the top set soon. My son have now gained the confidence that he had lost.
