About Karolis

I am a filmmaker/videographer ((concealed information) with experience in leading media workshops across London and abroad. I have 5 years of professional experience of work with video, and I love sharing my knowledge!

I deliver tutorials adequate to student's needs, age and experience. I have run filmmaking classes for 7 year-olds, video production courses for 15-17 year-olds and introductory videography tutorials for adults. I promote creative and easy-going environment, in which to learn and explore the language of filmmaking.

For the past 2 years, I have taught film classes (including groups with SEN) as part of various projects for National Citizen Service (NCS) summer programme, Cardinal Pole Catholic School, John Scurr and Island House community centres in London, and Koc University in Istanbul.

Subjects I teach: Video Production (from idea to post-production), Camera & Sound Equipment (camcorders, DSLR cameras), and Editing (Adobe Elements & Premiere Pro).

I hold a BA degree in Film Production from the Arts University Bournemouth.

I can provide my personal equipment for illustration purposes. I hold a current, enhanced DBS certificate. My availability varies from week to week, please contact before booking.

Perfect! Great lesson
