About Judith
I have been an English teacher for nearly 20 years, working in a variety of schools and also in small group and one-to-one settings. I currently teach KS3, GCSE and A level English Language and Literature in a comprehensive school, so I am up-to-date with current syllabuses and exam specifications. I have also worked as a marker for both OCR and AQA exam boards, which has given me an invaluable insight into what the exam boards are looking for.
I am a friendly and enthusiastic teacher, and I enjoy thinking of creative ways to engage students with the the concepts which they need to master. I love my subject, but I also understand that it can seem frustrating and difficult to students, so I appreciate the challenge of breaking work down into manageable steps, while maintaining interest and engagement.
