About Joseph

- What kind of experience do you have?

I have mainly taught English and Psychology at, "St Edward's College". This has been listed as one of the, "...best of the best" schools in the country and has received two consecutive 'fully outstanding' reports from Ofsted. I am committed and passionate as regards my subjects and with enabling my students to both enjoy their studies and realise their potential. I am dynamic in my teaching which ensures the students are engaged and my subject knowledge provides me with an assuredness in the quality of my teaching. My tuition students have attained places to read and study Photojournalism at The University of Liverpool; two have attained places to read English at The University of Nottingham; one to read Psychology at Oxford Brookes University and one of my students recently obtained an English Literature degree with honours from The University of Leeds. The students have done very well in their examinations and one Psychology student even obtained full marks in her A2 Psychology Unit 4 examination. I am able to ensure the students' achieve what they are fully capable of; through thorough examination preparation and through due care for the students' independent learning needs. I have also taught and tutored at all levels of Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, 'A' level and University Undergraduate levels.
