About John
As a qualified teacher of science I also run my own high tech. business and have taught, educated and trained people formally and informally, in business and education, for many years.
Drawing on my experience of working as a scientist in many areas gives both context and meaning to the subject matter. This is important as I believe real world examples are a great way to motivate and explain the reasons behind education.
Further to this I work a lot in schools and for heritage organizations running workshops and living history events. I also regularly work as a supply teacher in order to keep up with current curriculum and other educational matters.
Available for one on one tuition towards exams or class events - making science and history fun.
