About Jessy
I am an 18 year old student currently studying Music at Oxford University. I studied Maths, Music and History at A Level and achieved A grades in History and Music and an A* in Maths with 100% in all A2 Level units.
I find tutoring a very enjoyable experience and therefore I am committed to ensuring students achieve their full potential. In all subjects I believe it is essential that students are taught to become critical thinkers, questioning and challenging what they are learning to result in deeper understanding and more sophisticated responses. My personal development in critical analysis resulted in me successfully petitioning my own A Level Music exam board (Edexcel) to include women composers in their 2016 A Level Music syllabus. Subsequently, I was named as one of the BBC`s 100 Women in 2015.
Having achieved 9 A*s and 1 A grade at GCSE, I am able to tutor Music to A Level, and Mathematics and Science to GCSE level.
