I am currently a postgraduate student studying Masters in Physics at Imperial College London
I have always enjoyed and loved maths and sciences and I am passionate to share the joy and encourage others to see the beauty in these subjects.
I am also a native Korean speaker and have been involved in various translation and interpreting roles in technical and professional fields.
Since 2010, I have been engaged in teaching Maths and Sciences to a wide range of students from primary school to A-Level. Since then I have now accumulated over 700 hours of private tutoring and through these experiences I have developed various approaches and methods which allows me to be a very flexible tutor.
I can be a creative and innovative teacher to younger students as well as be strategical and effective for those who aim to score high in important exams.
My teaching focuses on three things: Motivation, Consistency, and Efficiency.
I would like to motivate my students to become engaged and find enjoyment in the subject. I will also encourage and provide tips and methods to be efficient with their time as well as consistent with their work and performance.
By having an experience of doing 3 Maths A-levels (18 modules), I can be very flexible in teaching any modules a student needs.
I can also provide with exam preparation sessions in which I share my own tips and methods in how to prepare and revise effectively and efficiently for the upcoming exams. I can provide a more in-depth guidance with note management.
I am looking forward to teach passionate students.
