About Iris
I am finishing my DPhil in Japanese literature at Oxford university, and I would love to help you improve (or put in motion) your language and academic writing skills! Whether you need to practice conversation skills in Spanish or Japanese, improve your school essays, or require a more classroom-based approach, I can adapt to your needs. I am willing to tutor both children and adults.
In my experience, people are drawn to the Japanese language for many varied reasons. If your interests are a bit more cultural rather than linguistic, worry not! I also have experience tutoring in Japanese history, literature, theatre, and classical language. I can also offer you useful experience if you want to get accustomed to Oxford-style tutorials.
