About Helen
I’m an English graduate, qualified in TESOL to Diploma level (Trinity College London), with more than 30 years' teaching experience, gained in the UK and in Italy. During my career I’ve taught students from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, of all ages and levels.
Since 2015 I've been working as a private English tutor, both face-to-face and via Skype. I also work in local companies, providing Business English tuition. All of my current students have been with me for more than a year, and I've seen many successes after helping with interview and exam skills.
Whether you want to improve your all-round skills for everyday life and work or are preparing for examinations, I’d be happy to help. I provide tailor-made courses, based on your needs and interests. My examination teaching experience includes Cambridge examinations such as FCE, CAE, Proficiency and IELTS.
