My unique selling point, and primary factor for my students’ successes, lies in the cultivation of a challenging yet nurturing environment designed to support and extend my pupils’ abilities. To get to know each individual and their requirements, and to change my approach according to each student’s needs

I provide intriguing real-world scenarios, as well as purely theoretical thought experiments, as examples to lively explain difficult concepts in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Poetry

I facilitate my students’ learning journey by allowing correct/incorrect / “I don’t know” / and everything in-between answers with а series of well-planned open questions, rather than prove them with an unnatural view of the binary solutions “yes” or “no”

Patience is another one of my strongest virtues. Endeаvоuring to allow my pupils the time to truly understand new concepts, giving them plenty of thinking room. This may be through simplifying the question or interpreting it as best sorted for their individual comprehension

I am а strong believer that building good working relationships ensures solidifying the exchange of ideas

Incorporating questions from both below and above their current requirements allows context for solutions. Utilizing both simpler and harder exam questions provide my pupils the tools to not get overwhelmed with constrictive exam-like testing. This includes incorporating problem-solving questions from higher tiers, and other subjects (e.g., GCSE Qs for KS3 students. A-Level Qs for GCSE students, etc.)

I use interactive and collaborative software to provide students with visual representations of conceptual ideas, establishing them as both abstract and concrete

Asking students to write their own questions on past topics is a great means to both assess and reinforce old concepts. If they are able to teach back what they have learned from a week or so previously, then this allows for the reinforcement of deeper understanding, not memorizing. The best way to learn is to teach

I provide students with efficient tips and tricks to aid those with dyslexia or dyscalculia
