About Francesco
Hello
my name is Francesco Azzariti, I'm half Italian half Peruvian and I've been in the music business for over 17 years and I've been teaching since 2009.
I achieved a 1.1 B.A. Degree with Honours in Music performance obtained at MAEurope, an academy affiliated with ACM, LAMA and Middlesex University, plus I also have a Higher Diploma in Drums and B-Tec National Diplomas in Guitar, Drums and Sound Engineering.
Regarding my teaching experience, I worked as a music teacher in the same school I was studying, MAEurope, from 2009 to 2012, teaching the "Kids classes" (5-9 years), "Teenz classes" (10 to 14) and adult classes. Plus in 2012 I was head of the Drum Masterclass department too, so I was leading and teaching at every drum workshop that was being held at the school; I was also in charge of the "Labs" held every week, where students of different departments got together to play and understand different music genres.
At the moment I'm working for a handful of agencies that specialize
in "lessons at home", where I teach guitar, drums and music in general (from music history to theory, from music appreciation to live performance); I also work for a primary school in Harrow called Priestmade Primary School where I am a drum tutor; and, finally, I run two Music Labs in two different schools located in Watford (Ascot Road Comunity School and Lanchester Community
School)
