Fun, friendly + informed! 8 years experience :-) - Spanish tutor with Erin

Erin introduced my daughter to some Spanish texts that she used for her UCAS personal statement and still loves/reads. She was very flexible re. timing and in whatever tasks we asked her to do - helping my daughter both with extra-curricular and school work for both Spanish and English. Erin was also very patient, even with difficult work and when my daughter was tired and not very receptive. From our experience, I would recommend Erin as both an English and Spanish tutor.

Erin is a phenomenal writer... I had her tutor me for about two years largely for my English/theoretical courses. I haven't received lower than an A/B + grade on my papers since! With her help, I have significantly improved my writing technique as well as my reading comprehension on difficult papers and topics. She is extremly diligent, friendly, and easygoing. Erin tutored me in college level intro spanish for two semesters - I really struggle with languages but having been tutored by Erin landed with an A both semesters. She made the tutoring sessions a fun and positive experience. We practiced speaking, went through many flashcards, and she always provided helpful comments on all my papers. Her fluency in spanish made it so she could easily adapt her teaching style to address all my confusions/ questions. Always patient, always on time for our sessions and organized so no time was wasted. Love her!
