About Ella
My name is Ella and I am 18 years old, originally from Brighton. I am a first year student studying economics and management at the University of Bristol.
I used to tutor first years during college in maths alevel and often helped my younger brother who just finished his GCSE's with maths and physics.
At GCSE level I achieved 7A*'s and 3 A's and at Alevel I got A* (maths), A (further maths), A (modern history) and B (physics), so feel comfortable explaining maths up to Alevel and Physics to GCSE.
I am friendly, patient and very passionate about maths. I would be very happy to meet before actually tutoring to make sure we get along! Whilst I can do webcam tutoring, I personally prefer face to face as I think the student would gain a lot more in this way, and I can better understand the problem. If possible I would also appreciate notice of topics they need help with to make sure I can explain them properly beforehand.
