About David
Welcome - I've been teaching and tutoring in history, study skills and academic skills for almost twenty years. Having worked with three universities and the museums sector, I bring a broad range of experience, expertise and creative approaches to learning challenges. I'm looking forward to working with you and helping you on your academic journey.
My teaching and research experience is very broad. I have worked on European Fascism, the French Revolution, the rise of nationalism in global history, while I have also worked in the archaeology sector in Medieval, Roman, Iron Age and earlier prehistoric periods.
I have a passion for heritage, and have developed a number of community history projects throughout Wales and the south west - I'm happy to advise on these sorts of activities as well.
