About Darren
I have been giving lessons for 8 years, and gigging for 9.
I have played in studios and in festivals of over 5,000 people.
I have graduated from The Institute of Contemporary Performance with a first class honours.
Played with many different original and function bands.
I have played on the KMFM roadshow in Medway, supporting Help for Heroes. Other charities I have played for include Demelza House, Combat Stress and Macmillan Cancer Support.

All lessons are one-to-one and will take place at my studio in Chatham, Kent. Lessons are tailored to your musical tastes, goals, challenges and playing experience (if any).
The lesson plans can include areas such as: hand/foot technique (including double bass drums), timing studies, reading skills and coordination/independence studies.
Styles covered can include Rock, Pop, Metal, R&B, Jazz, Funk, Brazilian (Samba), Cuban, Afro-Cuban and anything else you would like to get into! We can also cover any Rockschool grade materials.
