About Dan
I'm a current undergraduate student at the University of Dundee studying Computer Science with 3+ years’ experience tutoring. As a school student I also struggled academically and personally know how this can impact areas outside of school life. Through tutoring and exploring different styles of learning, I was able to overcome this and gain a confidence and clarity that propelled me towards excellent grades.
This is my reason for getting involved tutoring, and my passion is to help my students find that clarity confidence to achieve their academic goals.
During my senior years at school I was a peer and academic mentor, and continued to tutor outside school; both over short and long term periods and in Maths, Physics and English.
At university I've continued to tutor in the same subjects and I take a personalised approach as I believe in adapting my tutoring to each individual's specific style of learning. I will always work at your own pace, I’m friendly and versatile.
