About Daisy
I am passionate about Classics, Classical Languages and Ancient History and endeavour to pass that passion on to my students. I have a first class degree in Classics from Selwyn College, Cambridge, a PhD in Archaeology from the University of Manchester and a PGCE from the University of Cambridge.
Academic essay writing is a particular skill of mine and I have considerable experience giving constructive feedback and helping students to improve their writing style. Similarly, I have experience teaching Latin, Greek and Classical Civilisation from KS3 to University level.
I have been tutoring privately since 2004 and teaching in universities since 2008. As an experienced tutor, I understand how to tailor the lesson to the needs of the student and make sure they achieve to the best of their potential.
