About Christopher Jian Wei
Hello!
My name is Christopher Chan (you can call me Chris), and I am a 1st Year Chemical Engineering Malaysian student from Imperial College London. I have a passion for both Mathematics and playing the violin. I am willing to pass down all my knowledge regarding these subjects to any students that require help. My credentials are the following:
1) A* for additional maths and normal maths for IGCSE
2) A* for maths in CIE Cambridge A-Levels
3) An alumni of the Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra since age 15, held the position of Principle 2nd Violinist.
4) The only Malaysian Member of the Asian Youth Orchestra 2014/2015.
5) Had a temporary job as a Violin Tutor for Peony's Music School for 3 months before having to serve national service.
6) A volunteer to teach Maths for secondary school students in Damansara Utama Methodist Church for a year.

Chris is an excellent tutor and he'd make an excellent tutor for your child. He taught me mathematics in university and was very helpful in helping me understanding some concepts that I found very difficult. He was very patient with me and used creative, innovative and interesting techniques in helping me master the course.
Chris is a very good tutor who handles mathematical concepts well, and manages to liven up our lessons at the same time. He is available 24/7 to help with any questions I may have (especially in Mechanics), and ensures that I am dilligent in working towards getting the desired grades. Overall a recommended tutor!
